A French Garden Themed Wedding Filled With Sweet Pastels

Apart from having eye-catching elements and a unique theme, what makes a wedding even more special are the personal details incorporated into the whole celebration. For August and Zie’s wedding, they wanted to evoke the essence of “trouvaille” (/tro͞oˈvī/), French for ‘a lucky find’, as they met through an online dating app! Their wedding will transport you to a quaint, southern French garden filled with pastel hues and various floral arrangements. Their ceremony venue even had makeshift cathedral windows which was reminiscent of the Notre Dame. Aside from the swoon-worthy decor, Bride Zie also wanted to honor their departed loved ones. Her bouquet included a brooch with her grandmother’s picture, and she gifted her Groom August with cufflinks customized with the pictures of his grandparents. It’s truly the small yet sweet and thoughtful details which will tug your heartstrings! Scroll down below to see more of this French-themed wedding captured by ProudRad.

This Tech Couple Broke a Few ‘Rules’ during Their Wedding!

For Alfred and Maez, being in the tech industry means a rigid structure must be followed to avoid mistakes and errors. But for their wedding, they chose to break free from the traditional musts, making their celebration chill and relaxed! The couple didn’t have an entourage, but they sure kept their loved ones close to them as they walked down the aisle. They didn’t have a program flow for their reception either–no wedding toast, no first dance, and no wedding cake! Despite not having these elements, their celebration was still warm and fun, and most importantly still complete, as they were surrounded by family and friends.

Alfred and Maez’ wedding just goes to show that you can keep your celebration easy-flowing while skipping out on some traditional practices and elements, because what really ties a celebration together is the company you keep.
