This Couple Invited 1,200 Guests to Their Magnificent Indoor Garden Wedding!

When we talk about grand weddings, we mostly look at the styling and the scale of it, and believe me when I say that today’s wedding is ultra grand in both those aspects. Celebrity stylist Kimi Yap wed Jarvis Sy in a magnificent fete that their guests (and even we) will most likely never forget! Can you believe that they invited 1,200 guests?!! Throw in a gorgeous Michael Cinco wedding gown, citrine-colored entourage dresses by Martin Bautista, which was the same color of Kimi’s dress when Jarvis proposed to her, and the most breathtaking setup by the one and only Gideon Hermosa, and the result was secret garden-esque–the stuff dreams are made out of. We were lucky enough to ask the bride herself for some tidbits about the wedding planning, so keep scrolling to see how she (along with her groom and trusted suppliers) was able to pull everything off! All thanks to Pat Dy for sharing these amazing photos with us, and giving us a glimpse into this enchanted wonderland.

This Couple Invited 1,200 Guests to Their Magnificent Indoor Garden Wedding!

From the beginning, we knew we wanted a theme that was different, unique, and something that people have never seen before. We envisioned a theme that would make the guests feel like they were walking into a secret garden in the tropics, with an array of colorful and intricately designed floral arrangements that transformed the venue into a sort of enchanted wonderland.

A Church Wedding in Bohol with Hints of Gray and Beige

I’ll never grow tired of beach weddings and shoots. I think it’s because they always make me feel as if I have my toes in the sand, breathing in the fresh, salty air, rejuvenating my body and soul… beach therapy is real, ladies. And yes, JP and Karen’s beach wedding gave me just that. It’s nice how they tied the knot in the church, but had their post-ceremony shoot at the beach! I loved how they both went barefoot in the sand too–it certainly added to the charm and rawness of it all. The subtle hipster, vintage vibe their wedding is giving off is something I’m really liking too. Now take a peek into this wedding by browsing through Thinking Chair Studios‘ pretty snaps!
