Last Minute Changes Resulted to This Intimate Rustic Wedding

Things don’t always go the way we planned, but sometimes the change in direction takes us exactly where we need to go. Take Elijah and Patricia’s wedding as an example—plans changed and uncertainties arose, but they chose to adapt to the situation. The couple was pleasantly surprised by the show of support from their loved ones and the above and beyond performance of their suppliers. The guest list was trimmed down to less than 50 guests, and the resulting vibe was intimate and sincere. This was complemented by the stylish attire of the entourage. The men donned their best Barong Tagalog, while the women wore jumpsuits in warm, earthy tones. The styling was an effortlessly classic combination of greenery, white blooms, and rustic accents. Check out the photos by Knots and Teddies and see how this couple and their squad of suppliers pulled everything off!

Note: This wedding happened before the COVID-19 restrictions

This Couple Chose to Celebrate With Only 20 Guests Even Before the Pandemic Happened!

The magic and beauty of a wedding isn’t in the flowers or fancy decorations, but in the shared warmth and happiness among the couple and their most loved ones. It’s easy to get lost in the glitz and glamour of weddings—that is until you are lucky enough to come across a charming, no-frills wedding like Dre and Tin’s and you fall in love with the intimacy of it. The couple invited 20 of their nearest and dearest dressed in dusty blues, and their genuine familiarity and shared joy radiated throughout their special day. Taking the family involvement a step further, Tin’s dainty dress was sewn by her mother, while Dre’s dashing suit was sewn by her father. We are all for this heart-warming gift of support from the bride’s parents!

To all the couples who are still unsure how to enhance their intimate celebrations, remember that there is an undeniable beauty in how nothing can tear apart two people who want to be together more than anything else. For more inspiration, scroll through Bria Cardenas‘ photos, which effortlessly captured the two families celebrating and revelling in true love and nothing more, nothing less.

7 Love and Life Lessons I Learned From Watching K-dramas

Staying home and having more time in our hands may have turned many of us into pseudo Koreans. Our binge watching of K-drama has completely convinced us to try out as many Korean dishes as possible, to talk like Koreans, and to even follow their skin care routine! I never thought I would be a part of the fandom that has taken the world by storm, but after giving in to the Crash Landing on You hype, I was hooked and down the rabbit hole I went. I’d like to think I picked up a few things from the stories that caught my eye (and my heart!) and I’m sharing some of those lessons with you below. I’m sure that you have your favorite K-drama lines as well. Share it with us in the comment section below! Arraseo?
