Hey loves, we’re on our last leg of our bridal workshop! Time flies by when you’re having so much fun with Colgate Optic White! From learning how to style your wedding outfits to learning about bridal skin care and makeup, we’re now going to help you stay fit and healthy for your big day so that you’ll look like a radiant bride!
We just had the beauty workshop and it was totally amazeballs! Who wouldn’t love free makeup sessions and tips on how to take care of your face? Everyone was just glowing that day! Since we got all dolled up in the last workshop, it’s time to get down and dirty… with some sweat! Our third workshop is all about health and fitness!
Beauty and The Bride: The Fitness Workshop, is all about staying healthy and fit. Being aware of your health will surely make you feel like your best self! Here’s a little info about it!
Just like the previous workshops, each participant can bring their best friend, like their Maid-of-Honor or bridesmaid. The workshop will start a talk about fitness by a bride-to-be too. Can you guess who it is? It’s none other than Karel Marquez! She’s totally our radiant fitspiration! She’ll talk about the benefits of a good workout plus a balanced diet. We’re so excited!
We have another talk in store for your ladies! Daya Sanvictores from Lunchbox Diet will talk about the importance of a proper diet and nutrition. They’ll also give us an idea on what kind of meals to plan by following all their tips on health!
Do you think that’s it? Of course not! We want our brides-to-be and their besties to have a FIT-ting workout! Thanks to Saddle Row and Beyond Yoga, our brides and their besties will have a chance to try out some great workouts! We’ll be dividing the brides and their besties into two groups for the Saddle Row cycling and rowing classes! This will be first-come-first-served basis, so once you get to the workshop, you’ll be able to sign up for the workout that you want! You never know, you might end up loving it! After the workout, we’re all going to come together in Beyond Yoga and have a 30-minute yoga session for us to relax and stretch our muscles! Doesn’t that sound so fun, ladies? Who’s super pumped for this?
What comes after a fulfilling workout? It’s E A T I N G, of course! Thanks to Cyma, we’re going to have delicious Greek food! Did you know that Greek food or diet is considered one of the healthiest in the world? Nom nom nom!
