A Date to Remember: This Couple Held Their Wedding on the Bride’s Birthday!

A wedding date is not just a random number on the calendar. It holds a special significance for the two of you, and for Kevin and Aleena, one particular date is the most symbolic. “Kevin and I got married on August 8, 2021. Exactly 12 years after we met. August 8 is also my birthday. I met him on my 15th birthday, and we got married on my 27th birthday,” shares Bride Aleena. Talk about a memorable wedding date! Imagine how enjoyable their anniversaries are going to be through the years!

Apart from their beautiful, garden wedding, we’re including a few images from their post-nuptial photoshoot as well. The location is also meaningful because it’s where they got engaged.  Wearing their gown and suit once more, this couple had such a romantic moment during sunrise! Have fun scrolling through Kevin and Aleena’s wedding as captured by Thirdy of Nice Print Photo.

This Beach Wedding Has Remarkable Details You Can Take Note Of

What makes a wedding truly yours are the details you choose. This is something that Warren and Ellie, both architects, are very familiar with given their profession. They chose an all-white theme to serve as their wedding canvass. The bridesmaids wore white and the flowers and chairs were all white. Then, they decided to add in warm orange hues, greens, and browns that beautifully complemented their beach venue. They even made a unique wedding ring box out of concrete to represent who they are as a couple. Indeed “God has made everything beautiful in His time”, as what the embroidery on the bride’s veil says, for the couple as they pull off their dream beach wedding. Pick out the details you love the most from this set by Ivy Palomares Photography.

This Couple Shows Love for Filipino Culture in Their Festive Wedding!

Malvin and Mhylin’s love for Filipino culture and tradition is a known fact among their relatives and friends. It was no surprise for their nearest and dearest that this couple chose to pay homage to our heritage for their special day. Mhylin is also a Filipino teacher, so the Filipiniana theme is truly more than fitting! For their wedding, this couple reminds us of how a traditional fiesta is celebrated within a community especially since their reception was held in the bride’s own residence. They had a spread of kakanin to share, they played well-loved childhood games like pabitin, and of course, they dressed the part in a modern terno and barong. Malvin and Mhylin’s wedding is indeed one of the most genuine and lively images of the Filipiniana theme! For more inspiration, scroll through these photos by Jason Espinosa Digital Arts.
