Whether we want to admit it or not, the little girl in most of us really grew up dreaming of pink, pearls, tiaras and our very own happy ending. Kendrik and Ellen’s wedding was every bit of what a modern fairytale would look like. The surreal and perfectly precious styling that Patricia Pastelero of Spruce Floral Designs created left me breathless. Romantic, whimsical and elegant (I could go on and on) are just some of the few words that are running around my head right now. Of course this modern and exquisite affair was brilliantly captured by Oly of Metrophoto. So yeah, we’re totally enjoying this ever after!

Today is pretty special. Since we launched the new look of Bride and Breakfast yesterday, we feel that it is very important that we start off this week with a dose of pretty. The best way to do that is to have bucket loads of inspiration for you, and a wedding that will leave you wanting more!

I’ve been saving Conrad and Margaux’s wedding shot by Pat Dy for this day. Not only is this an affair oozing with elegance, it’s also filled with dainty details. But I must admit the scene stealer for this lovely fête is really the bride and her oh-so-gorgeous Veluz gown. The applique is simply breathtaking and the attention to detail is ridiculously superb–I think this one of the best Veluz gowns I’ve seen so far! What I am also totally loving is the post-wedding shoot where Margaux paired the skirt of the gown to a casual white tee and tons of pearls. Talk about effortless style.

Walking up to all these amazing celebrations is one of the best things about running a wedding blog. So here we go folks, our Tuesday treat is here! Serenity and sophistication envelop Lowell and Mylene’s wedding. Of all the prettiest details in this affair, I am particularly smitten by that gorgeous veil detail. Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to pull off. Imagine this: months of planning and making sure your big day is perfect–that every single detail you envisioned will actually match, and you most certainly hope you made the right decision on the mood board you chose. Oh the pressure right? But today’s couple I’d say did pretty well.

Every bride (and groom) wants to call their I do’s everything they imagined (and so much more). And the day Paolo and Rissa got hitched  is really just that!
