This Bride Wore Her Mom’s Wedding Dress, Bridal Robe, and Walked Down the Same Church Aisle!

Mek and Kat wanted to make their day not just about them, but also about making their parents feel special. They did this by reusing some details from their parent’s wedding. Kat wore her mother’s wedding robe and wedding gown which she had updated to fit her form. The couple also used the cord made of old Philippine-American coins that the bride’s parents used during their own wedding. Even the Church where Mek and Kat got married was the same Church the bride’s parents said “I do” years ago! Another treasure that was passed down to them was the personal bible of Mek’s mom which will now serve as a reminder for them to always commune in prayer. All of these details added a deeper story and meaning to their special day and for sure, both of their families will look back to that day with so much fondness.
