For a celebration rooted in storytelling, this bride decided her dress should say something too—and what it said was sunflower. Inspired by her favorite flower, and the thoughtful palette she and her groom chose together, bride Mae walked down the aisle in a dreamy butter yellow gown that turned heads and warmed hearts.
Now here’s the kicker: she wasn’t actually planning on going all out for her dress. In fact, she initially thought she’d just rent one. But everything changed when she tagged along with a friend to shop in Divisoria. That’s where she saw it—a yellow gown that was almost identical to what she had in mind. It was in her size. And when they added a few extra beads, it felt perfect. “The designers told me they didn’t expect anyone to actually buy that gown,” she shared. “But for me, it felt like it was meant to be.”
