Having a Post-Wedding Ceremony Shoot in a Studio
Instead of just having your photoshoot at your venue, you can take a page from Carlo and Eunice’s wedding! They rented a studio for their post-ceremony photoshoot, and included their entourage in the fun as well as their fur babies. Their cute doggos were probably the real stars of this photoshoot. A studio is a great idea because it will be yours exclusively for a couple of hours, so you can take as many photos as you want. Just be sure to time this well so guests won’t be waiting too long at the reception.

Guests Playing a Bato-Bato Pik Game During the Reception
For a dose of nostalgia, Nax and Badet incorporated things from their childhood into their wedding. The highlight of the program was the bato-bato pik game where the guests got to participate. And guess what? The pot money amounted to P7,500!

Preparing Fresh Citrus Fruits for the Tables
The theme of Paul and Jamie’s wedding was fresh fruits — oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. A fun idea that we remembered about this wedding was the fact that there were fresh oranges for each guest to enjoy right at their tables. An interesting way to make cocktail hour on-point with your theme, right?

Making Your Pets the Highlight of Your Wedding
Adrian and Crystel rescued two stray cats — Pennywise and Butter. For their wedding, their two adorable cats also made a special appearance. One of them even wore a sign saying “Our humans are getting meowied.” How cute is that? Even some of their wedding elements were cat-themed. Pets are part of the family, too, and this couple showed us how they can have their own special moment at your wedding.

Giving a Nod to Your Interests, Like Star Wars
Your wedding, your rules. We love seeing couples express themselves on their special day and making their interests the main theme just like how Juni and Dona did. They had a Star Wars themed wedding complete with details like a Leia and Han Solo cake topper, and boutonnieres with figures of Darth Vader and Storm Troopers. They even held their wedding on Star Wars Day.

Entering Your Wedding on a Boat
Let’s talk about grand entrances! For this wedding on an islet, the bride made her way to the ceremony by sailing on a boat. Ernest and Syd had such a beautiful venue, and a boat ride entrance was only fitting! Just look at how regal the bride is.

Doing a Photoshoot After the Wedding Day
We’ve also had the pleasure of featuring couples who chose to have photoshoots after the wedding day. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your marriage and to create more wedding memories! Riley and Roche didn’t hire a photographer for their actual wedding. They chose to have a post-wedding day photoshoot in Intramuros instead, using film cameras. Meanwhile, Francis and Kaye had their photoshoot in Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar one year after their wedding.
