Drama and Versatility: This Bride’s Gown Has Detachable Puff Sleeves!

At first, Bride Cathy was set on just buying a gown off-the-rack. However, when the designer at the atelier she visited whipped up her pen and sketchpad, and drew a magnificent design, this bride fell in love! “I visualized myself as a bride wearing a lightweight, elegant wedding dress, which I can easily move around in, and so that’s what I told her when she asked for a peg,” Cathy tells us. “It’s a bias cut, corset dress with a sweetheart neckline and detachable puff sleeves.” She wore the puff sleeves during the ceremony, then took it off to turn her dress into a strapless number for the reception. To add even more drama to the dress, an oversized bow was designed as the back detail. We can easily see why Cathy was convinced to wear a custom dress instead! It truly is so special and tailor-made according to how she imagined it would be.
