It’s no secret that there are countless iterations of the white wedding dress, but each one is just as certainly unique and reflective of the woman donning it. At Ed and Nikki’s wedding, bride Nikki stole the show as she beamed in her elegant Martin Bautista number. A detachable capelet studded with silver sequins lay draped over her shoulders at the ceremony and hinted at the simple serpentine silhouette underneath. “Simple” here is by no means synonymous with low impact, as the sheen of the ivory white fabric combined with the bow detail at the back of the dress made it impossible to look away. The same can be said about the entire look of the wedding: simple but executed to perfection, with navy blue accents complementing classic black and white. A variety of textures running through the elements created depth and interest, and we are sure you’ll want to have several passes over these photos by photographer Proud Rad Photography.
