Martine and Cliff are Getting Married and Here are Some Cute Tidbits We Rounded Up!

You know what, we still get wedding goosebumps from excitement when the countdown to a wedding day happens and there’s less than a month left! And seeing hints from the Girl Boss slash Sunnies Creative Director slash soon-to-wed Martine Cajucom that her big day is just right around the corner, we are ecstatic! With her impeccable taste in everything, we’re sure that her big day will be one for the books. So to share the excitement with you, here’s a round-up of what we already know about #martineisaho from her social media accounts. We threw in some tips along the way too, to help you with your own wedding planning.

1. A Romantic Engagement in Bali

TV host, producer, and director Cliff Ho proposed to Martine Cajucom under the beautiful skies of Bali, August of last year. They’ve always been in a long distance relationship–Martine is based here in the Philippines while Cliff is based in Australia–but that didn’t keep them from being together. So when it was time to pop the question, Cliff chose the place where they had their second date. So romantic! And look at that ring! Don’t you just love it?!

Tip: For men who plan to propose soon, listen up! When choosing where you’ll pop the question, think of a place that has meaning to the both of you–it may be a restaurant where you had your first kiss or a country you both have been meaning to visit. Believe us, she won’t be able to resist saying, “I do!”

2. A Sexy Bachelorette in Las Vegas

Martine gathered her closest friends and family to celebrate her single days before #martineisaho becomes official! And of course, she made sure her look was on point!

Tip: Take it from Martine, try not to use your phone during your bachelorette party so you can make the most out of it! Assign a friend or hire a photographer instead, so you can still have a documentation of your epic celebration without being glued to your phone.

3. A Fun and Unique Wedding Invitation

Just from their invitations alone, the couple’s personality and style are already oozing through the pages. What more their big day, right? They opted for a mini-magazine type of invite that was illustrated from cover to cover, making it unique, fun, and very creative! Martine shared in one of her Instagram stories that the reference for the illustrations were the characters Lupin and Fujiko because it reminded her of them as cartoons. So cute!

Tip: Don’t be afraid to do things that are not commonly done for weddings. Be open to ideas that are outside the box, and have a professional help you out in executing something fun and creative that will surprise your guests.

4. A Bride’s Dream Tribe

Part of Martine’s bride tribe are her best friends and business partners: Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza, Bea Soriano, and Jess Wilson. These ladies are her constants in everything, from doing business together to walking down the aisle!

Tip: Enjoy this season with your bridesmaids. Though it’s a time for you and your fiancé, intentionally plan great memories with your gals while you are still single.

5. A Gift to Her Bridesmaids

Martine prepared an awesome and thoughtful treat for her bridesmaids that you’d seriously wish you were part of her bride tribe! Some of her faves are in this special box.

Tip: Try to be creative with your gifts by including things that reflect your personality and items that you can enjoy together with your best girls. A fun bridesmaid kit is something your girls will be talking about for many years!

6. A Wedding Dress Hint

What kind of wedding dress will Martine walk down the aisle in? Will she wear a ball gown or opt for a sleek silhouette? We’re excited to see too! She’ll definitely look lovely in either.

Tip: Wedding trends are good, but it’s more important to choose a wedding dress that you’re most comfortable in. You’ll wear it during the best day of your life so go for what feels most you.
