B&B Table is a series of simple and intimate get togethers with some of our friends from the wedding industry. With the success of our first B&B Table last August 17, 2016, we got even more excited to host our next catch-up over a great meal.
We believe that some of the best moments and conversations are spent on a table eating good food, and thanks to Green Pastures BGC, we were able to host and enjoy the company of friends while munching on one of the best breakfasts in town. Just thinking about those blueberry pancakes is making me salivate already! The whole menu prepared by Chef Robby Goco was exquisite, and the best thing about it is that it tasted really clean and fresh!
Here’s the lowdown on one of the best breakfast menus in town!
Salsa Verde, 142 degree egg served with sourdough toast
Toast with Accompaniments
100% whole wheat toast topped with organic butter and homemade strawberry jam, served with custard eggs and homemade sausage patties
Longganisa or Tinapa Cauli-Bowl
Cagayan Valley organic longganisa or tinapa served with roasted cherry tomato, custard egg, and homemade atchara
Served with whipped butter and honey butterscotch
Avocado Farmhouse Power Grain Bowl
Shredded kale, quinoa, konbu, roasted chicken, mambo goat cheese, 5-minute duck egg, bacon, corn, mangoes, grape tomatoes with honey mustard dill vinaigrette
Cantaloupe Overnight Oats
Served with strawberries and organic honey
