Amazing Amanpulo Wedding

One beach that many dream of because of its beauty, privacy and luxurious ambience is Amanpulo. Imagine having your wedding here? Oooh-la-la! Amazing right? Well, Edward and Tab had every reason to smile about their big day. A super gorgeous place matched with a beautiful couple, what more can you ask for? Mangored captured wonderfully what this wedding is about–calmness, class, and simple perfection.

From the bride:

I am Managing Director of Harem Inc., the Philippine franchisee of Strip Manila and Browhaus Manila. Edward works with Western Union and is in remittance. We got together or had our first date when he went to Strip for a Boyzilian (male version of a Brazilian wax) as a prerequisite before going for a movie date (Twilight).

Our style as a couple is very laid back. Since we are both OC we made sure we covered all necessary details. In Amanpulo we made sure guests would have some activities that they could do or making sure our entourage outfits were outfits they could use again.

Our wedding was in the truest sense of the word a Catholic beach wedding (we did not have to get married twice or beforehand). We had communion at the beach. My family’s family friend is Fr. Alberto Rossini, who came from the same home town of my mom in Brescia, Italy (my mom is pure Italian), has the license to administer weddings in places such Amanpulo. He took care of getting dispensation from the Vatican for our wedding.

As a gift to us, Fr. Alberto presented us an apostolic blessing from the Vatican, Pope Benedict recognizing our wedding in Amanpulo. A Catholic beach wedding truly recognized by the Vatican–we were shocked by this.
