We’ve seen Ella Pangilinan’s stunning Filipiniana bridal gown making the rounds on social media, but now let’s shine the spotlight on the beautiful reception details. Ella and Enrique embraced love of culture, heritage, and family on such a significant day in their lives and it’s evident in all the details. There’s a sari-sari store setup with popular local snacks on display, giving us hints of nostalgia and a whole lot of fun. The ceiling installations of wicker chandeliers bring more local flare and sophistication to the decor. The finer details such as the signage saying “Handaan,” the produce as centerpieces, and even the table numbers hung by a “sipit” are excellent touches that show the simple joys of our culture.
We must also point out how lively and thrilling the party looks in these photos! A song number by the one and only Gary Valenciano?! Spectacular! And apart from the bride’s brother Donny Pangilinan, we also spotted celebrities like Belle Mariano, Julia Barretto, Dr. Vicki Belo, Dr. Hayden Kho, to name a few, in attendance.
