Carlo and Shireen’s wedding was a vibrant celebration of their diverse backgrounds and shared joy. As an American Italian and a Persian Filipino, the couple’s lively spirits perfectly complemented each other, radiating happiness and a fun-loving vibe during their celebration in Iloilo City where Shireen grew up.
Originally married during lockdown in Singapore, they promised a grander celebration later, and they did just that! Shireen was hands-on in the planning, ensuring every detail, from the colorful decor to the personalized bridal veil and groom’s tie with their pet dog’s image, was just right. The wedding merged American and Filipino traditions, with an American-style ceremony and Filipino-inspired cocktails and entertainment, including an Acapella choir and captivating tinikling dancers. It was a bold, vibrant, and tropical affair that truly showcased the love and joy that united these two beautiful souls.
