A Picturesque Civil Wedding Against the Tacloban Sunset

Today’s wedding feature is a proof that micro-weddings are definitely Pinterest-worthy! Brian and Nika were one of the couples who had to downsize and alter their wedding plans in light of the pandemic. Instead of their original plan to do a church wedding, they opted to push through with a civil union ceremony in a picturesque garden venue in Tacloban, with the sea and sunset as their backdrop. Since they downsized, they literally had only one beautifully-set table at their reception reserved for their nearest and dearest. We can’t help but swoon over the floral arrangement, naked cake, and the use of Bilao, a traditional Filipino flat round-shaped rice winnower, as a standout element in their table setting. Soon-to-weds, scroll down the gorgeous shots of Rommel Cabrera below because this micro-wedding is definitely a peg.
