Ram and Sai’s wedding was an all-white Filipiniana affair bubbling over with personality. The bride wore a decadent beaded Baro’t Saya wedding gown while the groom donned a classic off-white Barong Tagalog. They were not the only ones in soft hues of white, as their bridesmaids and groomsmen dressed in white dresses and Barong Tagalog, too. Wide-brimmed and fedora hats added texture to their outfits and made for fun props during group photo sessions as well. We love Filipiniana weddings because they are both a nod to tradition and a chance to keep our culture alive in modern times. While Ram and Sai’s couple portraits carry the dignity and romance of our national costume, you can’t miss the fun in their youthful smiles and in the little elements that brought life to the wedding preparations either. The wedding was a fiesta in every sense of the word and we are totally here for it! Check out the shots of Amady Manila.
