Scheduling conflicts led Miguel and Jaz to transition their wedding ceremony from the courthouse to a studio, but this supposed mishap turned into a creative and meaningful opportunity instead! “A studio has been home to many of our collaborations and this one in particular is close to home,” says Jaz “It is also a blank canvas, perfect with what we had in mind for decors.”
Miguel and Jaz’ wedding is the result of a collaboration among various Filipino creatives, down to every fine detail. The whole concept of the celebration is a take on “tying the knot” with a Modern Filipiniana touch. Jaz shares, “Why have knots around the venue? Because it kind of looks like I’m packing up my old life and coming into the new.”
