An Engagement Shoot in Pasig’s Oldest Historical Home

Bryan and Cris brought a whole new level of authenticity to the Filipiniana theme by holding their engagement shoot in Pasig’s oldest bahay na bato. Built in the mid-1800’s, during the Spanish colonial era, Bahay na Tisa served as the residence of Don Cecilio Tech y Cabrera’s family, and to this day his direct descendants still reside here. This historical home has also been a location for several film and television productions. Bryan and Cris are so lucky to be able to have their engagement shoot in a place rich in heritage! Like stepping into a time machine, this couple portrayed moments of what home life could be like in the past. They even went all out with their attire; Bryan wore a traditional barong and camisa de chino, while Cris donned a lovely baro’t saya. For a modern twist, the bride also dressed up in a one-shoulder butterfly sleeve top, and she looked gorgeous in it. Love, culture, and heritage harmonize beautifully in these photos captured by JC & N Photography. Enjoy scrolling through Bryan and Cris’ historical home engagement shoot!
