As Koi and Jhelsea started planning their wedding, they knew they wanted to organize something fun and memorable for their guests. It was a definite advantage that the groom is no stranger to Bohol’s beautiful beaches—he suggested an exclusive islet, or a very small island, where guests would be whisked away to for the ceremony. They also decided on a few non-negotiables for their big day: all guests wear white, stellar lights and sounds equipment, and a shorter program so there’s more time to party! Local greenery was consistent throughout the styling and the finer details, which effortlessly tied in with lushness of the natural surroundings. Metallic accents and colorful blooms were also incorporated for an elevated aesthetic.
When asked about her favorite part of the wedding, the bride shares, “seeing our closest family and friends by the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunset facing the islet…it was when we realized how truly blessed we are to be surrounded with people who loves us.” Feel the love as you scroll through the photos by SuperSeven Studio, which will surely leave you daydreaming about your next destination wedding!
