I highly recommend Ms. Nelsy Ernst. She's very professional and super talented, almost like a magician! My face looks fierce because of my tattoed eyebrows, but she was able to soften my features. She was also able to lift my hooded eyes. Her work is truly amazing! More importantly, she cares not just about hair and makeup, she cares about her brides as a whole. She was a bride herself before, so she knows how it feels to be one. I got a promo price, but I did not feel that she lessened her service due to the discounted rate. Her work is exceptional, and if I could bring her overseas for my church wedding, I would! =)
