Tale of Two Worlds

Who doesn’t love a good love story? I know here at B&B, we’re total suckers for ridiculously romantic tales! And yes, we hit jackpot with this Mayad video we’re sharing with you today. I love how they captured such an endearing story that would most likely make a good plot for a romantic comedy–the one where the shy yet adorable “nerd” gets the popular and bubbly girl who happens to be an amazing artist. Tuan and Joylynn’s story is one of quirky charm and doting playfulness. We are just over-the-moon-giddy over how two extremely different people find one thing in common… love. And in our book, that’s pretty much all that matters.

A Delightful Garden Soiree

Every once in a while you come across a wedding where the details are notably charming–impeccably put-together bouquets, cute handmade boutonnières, and homey lamps and frames. It now comes as no surprise that these elements defining Hobbes and Tin’s shabby chic wedding were supplied and set up by Vatel Manila. You can always count on Dylan and his team to put together the freshest combination of blooms and the most darling handmade decor–the results are always delightful!

Let’s slow down this midweek and unwind into vacation mode with this quaint garden wedding.

Timeless Romance

Nothing makes my heart happier than a love that not only endures time, but thrives even in the mundane and routine of everyday. It was a pristine day on the shores of Balabag when Boracay-based wedding coordinator Amanda Tirol celebrated her anniversary with husband Bong in a surprise anniversary wedding.

I love the light and laidback details that dreamily envelop this beach fête. An airy sheer skirt, a sequin-sprinkled mini dress, a Star Wars timepiece, and an event colored with an affectionate and familiar love.

Prepare your hearts for an affair that is a testament to love that lasts!

Pretty Pines and Forever’s Promise

Destination weddings always do it for me. As a guest, it becomes a trip in itself and not just a one-day celebration. And as a spectator, there’s always something magical about a faraway place. Part of the experience are the sights and smells that wrap the event in an extra special atmosphere. When that view and air involves majestic pine trees, then we know it’s gonna be a good one.

Jaja Samaniego captured Louie and Sheryl’s elegant affair in photos where you can almost feel the crisp air and warm sunshine, and smell the woodsy-scented breeze. I love the polished minimalism of the black and white–it gave such a sophisticated touch to the country charm of Baguio.

Let’s start off the week with an invigorating walk through the tree-lined setting of today’s feature!

Of Blooms and Daydreams

There’s nothing quite so pleasant than the sight (and scent) of pretty flowers. A wedding dressed in thoughtfully-picked arrangements is instantly tinged with an air of romance and filled with the fragrance of blissful dreams. Jeri and Zandy’s big day was styled with a wonderful assortment of charming flowers and dainty handmade details. Who can go wrong with the pairing of fresh blooms with handcrafted little ornaments and decor? Definitely a thumbs up for us here at B&B!

Randolf Evan captured each moment and every dreamy detail in the soft lighting that makes us sigh with happiness and contentment. Go on, see for yourself!
