Tips and Trends: Go D.I.Y.!

One of the tricks of making your wedding more stylish and personalized is to trek along the D.I.Y. road. But I guess for the majority of our readers (in the Philippines) who still seem to get quite overwhelmed with the idea of crafting, this post is for you. Either you courageously step out of the boat and give it a try, or (we can cheat a bit) and let a talented crafter do their magic. Which brings me to excitedly introduce to you Candidly Pretty by Koni Esteban. They simply have the cutest products, and get this… they also so lovingly share easy D.I.Y. tutorials for those adorable knick knacks.

And if you love their D.I.Y. tutorials, I have a little surprise for you! Koni will be guest blogging in B&B for more incredibly dainty deets you can use to dote THE day.

Hand-stamped wooden utensils. I lovvveee!

Lace Chandelier anyone?

Sneak Peek: Patty Laurel for B&B

A few years back, I used to tell myself that one day I dream of hosting editorials for Bride and Breakfast. I am totally and utterly floored by the fact that that “one day” has come. I’ll be talking about this more in my next post at The Nook.

Because we want to give the most beautiful inspirations to our readers.

Because we wanna showcase the (seriously)amazing talent of our oh-so-wonderful local vendors.

Because we just get butterflies in our stomach when we see great ideas come to life.

To our dear friend (and real bride) Patty Laurel, who will be walking down the aisle this month, and to you, our faithful reader, here’s a sneak peek of the prettiness headed our way… very soon!

Dunno about you but I could almost hear the waves calling me. Wonderful, just wonderful!

Ting Hun: Modern Mix of Tradition and Style

I love how colorfully captured this Ting Hun was by We Do It For Love. Dave and Jamie celebrated their engagement with such rich hues, totally beautiful elements, and outfits that have a wonderful mix of modern style and tasteful tradition–so far one of the most amazing Ting Huns I’ve set my eyes on.

Heavenly Hawaii

It’s official, I love this wedding to the moon and back. Joey and Ella’s affair sets subtle blush tones against the rich hues of Hawaii. Remember when we wrote about White by Vera Wang? Ella, the oh-so-gorgeous bride definitely rocked this dress. MangoRed has once again captured our attention with these amazing photos.
