This beautiful and festive Kapampangan-inspired wedding is unique for four reasons. First, the bride wore a colorful non-traditional Pidayit wedding gown. “Pidayit-dayit” in Kapampangan means putting together retazzo pieces to form a new and unique piece of handmade garment by beading, crocheting, embroidery, or stitching. Second, the couple wore personalized “Mr.” and “Mrs.” shoes from Toms. Third, believe it or not, this celebration had no maid of honor, best man, bridesmaids, groomsmen, not even an emcee and a reception program–yet everyone was still having fun! Fourth, they played traditional Filipino games, like Palo Sebo, which truly made the reception a lively one. Carlo and Aimee’s wedding was unconventional yet culturally traditional at the same time, and you’ll surely love it! So get into this vibrant celebration through the shots of Fine and Dainty now!
