While I might see different kinds of wedding dresses everyday, it’s something I just never get tired of. So even when I’m not in the B&B HQ, and I’m at home binge watching all my TV shows, every time one of my favorite characters gets married, not only do I start squealing, but I also wait in anticipation for (of course,) the dress. I mean, didn’t you just love Carrie Bradshaw’s dress? Sure, I was happy she was marrying Mr. Big, but I mean… the dress!!! Then there was Monica Geller’s dress and… oh wait, I’m not going to spoil the rest of this list. You’ve gotta see it for yourselves. And who knows, you just might get inspired by these uber fashionable on-screen ladies! (Oh, and by the way, I thought I might warn you that there are spoilers ahead!)
I mentioned this one already, didn’t I? But fashionista Carrie Bradshaw in her Vivienne Westwood wedding dress definitely deserves another mention. I mean, just look at it!
While Emily’s intentions might not have been the best when she was marrying Daniel, I didn’t even care! Not when I saw that gorgeous dress!
This impromptu wedding of Izzie and Alex was just perfect! (Although we do not recommend it, hehe). But will you look at Izzie’s fairy tale gown? I have no words, just oh-everything-is-perfect sighs.
Okay, so even though Margaery married a less than ideal guy in this dress, I was just too busy ogling her dress that I was able (for the most part) to forget about her marrying the icky and evil Joffrey.
When a bride wears a dress that totally suits her personality, you know it’s a match made in heaven! Just like Leslie’s fun and cute dress!
Just because you’re living in the early 1900s doesn’t mean you can’t be fashionable! Yes, I know, it’s really TV magic and they’re not really living in the 1900s, but just looking at Mary’s dress makes me want to get married in the 1900s too!
Even though Summer only got to wear her simple and sweet wedding dress in a flash forward(!!!), it was gorgeous enough to make it on the list. Don’t you agree?
I will always be Team Ted (sorry, Team Barney peeps). And even though Robin was set to marry Barney in this episode, her gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown kinda sorta made up for it.
Monica’s simple but classy gown was one of the reasons I was crying when I watched this episode. (Alright, fine, my hardcore Mondler-fan emotions may have gotten the best of me too.)
This made the list because I rarely see tea-length dresses that are classy and elegant. Reminds me of one of my favorite style icons–Aubrey Hepburn. Kudos to you, Rachel, for pulling it off!
Even though Brooke didn’t get to design her own dress, I still loved the one she chose to wear on her big day. It was simply ah-may-zing!
Monique Lhuillier + Lorelai Gilmore = PERFECTION!!! Do I really have to say anything else? (Okay, I can’t help it… I love, love, love this one!)
Bones and Booth (FINALLY) get married, and the wedding and the dress do not disappoint! This off-the-shoulder dress is just so romantic!
Did you really expect this Upper East Sider to not glam it up for her wedding? She sure makes a statement in this white and gold Georges Chakra dress. While this may be a bit too fashion-forward for me, I still loved watching her #slay, even on her wedding day.
Okay, so you might be thinking, it’s not fair to put two dresses from one show in this list, but I just couldn’t mention Serena’s dress without mentioning Blair’s. Queen B is always so on point when it comes to fashion–and I didn’t expect anything less than perfect for her wedding day!
