As most of you know, The Inspire Initiative has been working hard in engaging the wedding industry, our readers, and those about to get married to take part in raising help for the relief and rehabilitation of those affected by typhoon Yolanda. We're thrilled to announce that the first two events, The Inspire Couple's Shoot Marathon, as well as the The Inspire Benefit Backyard BBQ were both a huge success because of the overwhelming support we have received. Today, I am delighted to announce another exciting way you can help.At exactly 9:00am tomorrow, December 2, 2013, The Inspire Initiative will be opening The Inspire Initiative Sale. We are so overwhelmed by the support we are getting for The Inspire Initiative events. And because of the generosity of a number of friends from the wedding industry, we are able to use our talents and resources to do our part in helping those affected by typhoon Yolanda. The Inspire Initiative has partnered with Bride and Breakfast in hosting a chill and grill get together called The Inspire Benefit Backyard Barbecue. This is an evening where we can gather as a wedding industry together with our clients, friends, and family to show that we have not forgotten our brothers and sisters who are facing one of the most trying circumstances a human being can experience. Through this event, we will be able to help others because 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Gawad Kalinga's rehabilitation program for areas badly hit by the storm. If you are moved to help, we hope to see you at 7:00pm on November 26, 2013 (Tuesday) at the Mango Farm (click here for directions).Tickets are sold at PhP 850 each. Please fill up this form for ticket purchases. For inquiries email email@example.com.The more people go, the more people we can help! We'd like to extend our thanks to the following sponsors for this BBQ fundraiser: The Mango Farm, Purpledish Catering, K. by Cunanan, Joy San Gabriel, SLOWMOO, Zoombox, and Vatel Manila.http://vimeo.com/79619312

The Inspire Initiative is a project forged by members of the Philippine wedding industry as an effort to give its support to our countrymen who have been devastated by the super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan). This endeavor consists of four different events whose aim is one: to gather contributions and donations for our brothers and sisters in the Visayas region.A number of the most talented wedding suppliers have partnered with The Inspire Initiative to make The Inspire Couple’s Shoot Marathon possible. And now, we want to invite couples to participate and make this endeavour a success. We always say we believe in true love, so what better way to live it out than to love our countrymen who are in dire need right now? Before I go into the details, I want to make it clear that ALL proceeds for The Inspire Couple's Shoot Marathon will go to relief and rehabilitation efforts done by UNICEF for typhoon Yolanda victims. Now on to the details... What is The Inspire Couple’s Marathon Shoot? We have gathered some of the country's most talented photographers, as well as the most creative decor stylists, hair and makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, and more. They will cater to 40 couples who will be able to go through 10 amazing set designs and be photographed, all in one day. This shoot is open to ALL couples (engaged, married, or even just dating).Where and when will this be?Mark your calendars for November 20, 2013 (Wednesday) at the Blue Leaf Events Pavilion, McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Time slots are available for two schedules--6:00am to 12:00pm (AM) and 10:00am to 4:00pm (PM).How much will participating in the event cost? The fee will be P8,500 per couple. This whole amount will go to our brothers and sisters who were devastated by typhoon Yolanda as all expenses for the shoot will be shouldered by the participating wedding suppliers. How will the shoot marathon take place? On the day itself, couples will go in for hair, makeup, and styling. Each photographer is assigned one set design. When the shoot proper starts, couples get to enjoy 15 minutes in each set design, then they move to the next as the buzzer goes off. How fun is that, right?!What do I bring?Be there on time with several outfits ranging from casual to formal. Don't worry! Once you've reserved a slot, the styling team will give you full details on how to go about wardrobe. How many couples can join?We are only opening this to 40 precious slots. Since slots are limited, we suggest that you sign up as soon as you can!So I want to join, what do I do?Register here: http://goo.gl/CbScQjOnce the maximum number of slots are reached per schedule (AM/PM), succeeding registrations will be placed on the wait list.If there is still an available slot for you, you will receive a slot confirmation email.
