Dapper Dedication

Posted by Janna Simpao

You know how I was MIA the whole of last week? Well, along with the bajillion things we’re cooking up for the blog (expect something big really soon!), I was planning my son’s birthday. So yes, this post will deviate a bit from weddings, but will definitely still be in our little bubble of style and inspiration. If you ask me what his theme was, I’d probably have no answer. But what I do know is that I decided to just make this party about elements and colors we love–things that remind me of my little chubba’s cuteness (of course as his mom, I am his number one fan)!

We decided to celebrate his birthday along with a ceremony of dedicating him to the Lord. We know we’ve been blessed with the most wonderful gift and we just want to acknowledge and commit who he is and who he will be to God. It’s the most amazing memory to stand with family and friends as we celebrate life, grace and love. Oh, and don’t ever forget, having dependable and talented suppliers is always the way to go…

Indulge me?

To my little dapper dude, Happy Birthday.

  1. I LOVE!!! This is what I do for a living – for kids ah… You can now move to Dubai and take over!!!

    LOVE IT!

  2. Hi Janna!

This looked like the cutest birthday party ever. :) You mentioned that the tables and tiffany chairs were provided by your caterer, but I was wondering if they were also the ones that provided the low tables and beanbags? May I ask who your supplier was for those?

  3. Matti’s birthday is so adorable! I’ll be getting the same coordinator and caterer for my little girl’s 1st birthday. Hope the party looks as pretty as this! Thanks for the inspiration! :)
