Passion for Pink

A blush pink wedding dress ALWAYS gets my attention (maybe because I too would’ve walked down the aisle in one)! Raoul and Bianca certainly knew how to say their I do’s in style. I am totally crushing on the outfits in this post. From bridal shoes to bridesmaid dresses, this is one wedding with a flair! A celebration that exudes softness as well as strength, this will definitely start our Monday right. Have a pretty week ahead!

Because I love the outfits so much, I decided to have the bride share some tidbits about it:

It was a Raoul and Bianca wedding because our wedding theme was simple and it was to basically ‘punctuate’ our love for each other. The 12 years of being boyfriend-girlfriend paved the way for us to meet the people we love and cherish. It allowed us to know each other more–our quirks, our preferences, and what we don’t like–and it gave us a good reason to party with our closest and most treasured family and friends.

I chose the young and talented Camille Co to do my entourage dresses because I’ve seen her grow as a designer–I’ve worked with Camille a million of times for Chalk, the magazine I handle, and for the celebrities I style. Cam and I collaborated on the designs and based each piece for my girls and their personality. I wanted them to feel gorgeous and comfy on that day too because they are my girls after all!

Like I said in my speech at the wedding, I was not the type who daydreamed of my wedding when I was a little girl. But if there was one aspect that I’ve thought of maybe since I was not so little anymore it would be my wedding gown. Being part of the fashion industry, I am very fortunate to touch base and experience working with great minds and wonderful talent. Soon after Raoul proposed, I knew I had to meet and collaborate with Puey Quinones for my wedding gown. I’ve been a fan of his since I can remember searching for bridal gowns and I knew I had to be a Puey bride! Wearing your wedding gown is really one of the best and most memorable experiences in the world–I never wanted to take it off!
